Liberace Museum

1775 E Tropicana Ave

The Liberace Museum building’s architecture is an elaborate display. Piano keys wrap up and around the building in a befitting tribute to Liberace’s talent.

He was born in West Allis, Wisconsin in 1919 and passed away on February 4, 1987 at the age of 67. Liberace was an accomplished pianist and entertainer. He is well known for his rhinestones, candelabras, glitzy dazzling jewelry, costumes and oversized piano.

His charisma and talent charmed audiences over a period that spanned decades. He became the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, starred in movies and television shows, had six gold albums and has “two” stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

His spirit comes to life at the Liberace Museum. You can enjoy live entertainment in their Liberace Cabaret Showroom. Well-known pianists from other popular venues showcase their talent to entertain audiences here.

A Liberace Foundation was created to help talented students pursue careers in the creative and performing arts through scholarship assistance. You may obtain more information at the Liberace Museum or online.

The Liberace Café serves up a large selection of sandwiches, snacks, salads, soups, beverages and desserts. Stroll through their gift shop and pick up some Liberace memorabilia as a special gift or treasure to remember.

There is an admission fee to the Liberace Museum. However, free shuttle transportation is currently offered from the following hotel casinos: Treasure Island, Mirage, Flamingo, Bally’s Bellagio and Excalibur.
